*Tracked and Signed For - UK Only - This is a priority trackable delivery service. Orders will arrive the next day after shipping. Please note that our usual shipping times are between 1-5 working days after payment / order received.

**Tracked Airmail - We use Royal Mail "Airsure" and "International Signed for" services. Airsure is a trackable priority airmail service (no signature required) - available to 30 destinations in the following geographic postal zones:-

World Zones: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA.

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Island, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Please note that if your country isn't listed above then we will use "International Signed For" service - This service is not trackable but it does require a signature upon delivery.

P&P is charged per order placed (not per item).

If you are not entirely delighted with the stencil return it unused within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less P&P paid.

Custom Stencils can not be returned for a refund unless faulty.  All our custom stencils are cut to order so we can not offer a refund.

If the postal service has returned your order to us due to non receipt we will charge you additional P&P to resend.

PACKAGING

We often use large A3 envelopes or postal tubes which will not fit through a letterbox, should the postal service be unable to complete the delivery please check with your local depot to arrange another delivery or collection.

All Stencils are packaged in board backed envelopes or cardboard tubes to ensure their safe delivery.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIMES

We will send you an email to let you know your order has been shipped.  

We aim to ship your order to anywhere in the world within 2-5 working days of cleared payment.

Custom made Orders - Dispatch times may vary, however we will always keep you informed.

We ship all our orders using Royal Mail Postal Services.

UK delivery is usually within 1-5 days after dispatch.

Overseas delivery is usually within 1-3 weeks after dispatch.

If you select the "Tracked and Signed For (UK Only)" option then your order will arrive the next day after it is shipped.

We make every effort to ship goods within these estimated timescales however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. The Stencil Studio shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to ship goods within these estimated timescales.

Delivery is dependent upon the postal services of your specific country, therefore The Stencil Studio cannot accept liability for late or failed deliveries which are due to circumstances beyond our control.
