PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our stencils are designed and manufactured in-house.
Stencils are laser cut from 190 micron Mylar polyester film as standard.
Please contact us if you require designs cut in alternative sizes or cut from a thicker Mylar material.
The Stencil Studio Ltd reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue any of its products without prior notice.
We take every care to ensure that our product description and size information is correct. However mistakes can sometimes occur and The Stencil Studio cannot be held responsible for the sites accuracy, or for actions taken on the basis of the information provided on the site. Please contact us if you feel we are providing any inaccurate information.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment is required before orders can be processed and dispatched. We accept all major credit and debit cards online or over the telephone. You can also pay online using Paypal.
All website prices are accurate at the time of publication. Prices are displayed in GBP (£), USD ($) or Euros (€) by clicking on the appropriate flag at the top of the website.
Prices include UK sales tax (VAT)
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside of the European Union (EU), if applicable the sales tax (VAT) will be removed from your order. However, depending upon the value of your order and the country in which you live, you may be charged local taxes/handling fees upon delivery.
COPYRIGHT
All our designs are protected by international copyright law.
We do allow individuals to use our stencils on items for resell on a one off or very small scale basis.
Requests to use our stencil designs for commercial use or large scale manufacture must be made in writing to our email address – info@thestencilstudio.com.
In all cases credit must be given to The Stencil Studio Ltd for the stencil design.
SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES
All comments, images, videos and any other type of material posted on any third party social networking site do not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideas of The Stencil Studio Ltd or its employees and The Stencil Studio is not responsible for any such content.
DELIVERY / DISPATCH INFORMATION
We ship orders worldwide from our studio in the Cotswolds, UK. We ship all orders using Royal Mail Postal Services. P&P is charged per order not per item.

Please note that custom stencils are only sent using recorded & tracked services.
Dispatch Times:
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If you require your order urgently then please contact us.
Custom made Stencils - Dispatch times may vary, however we will always keep you informed.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending upon your location and P&P option selected:
P&P options within the UK:
UK FREE Delivery - 2-3 working days after dispatch.
UK Standard Delivery - 1-2 working days after dispatch.
UK Standard Recorded Delivery - 1-2 working days after dispatch, a signature will be required upon delivery.
UK Next Day - for delivery before 1pm on next working day after dispatch, a signature will be required upon delivery. Website orders received before 11am on a working day (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day and will arrive the next working day. There is an extra charge for Saturday delivery. Please contact us if you require any further information.
P&P options for Overseas:
Overseas Standard Delivery - Europe - 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Overseas Standard Delivery - Rest of the World - 5-7 working days after dispatch.
*Overseas Priority Tracked Delivery - 2-7 working days after dispatch. A signature may be required upon delivery. Depending upon the value of your order and the country in which you live, you may be charged local taxes/handling and custom duties upon delivery.
*We strongly recommend choosing this service for overseas orders, parcels are given priority over standard airmail and your order will be trackable online.
DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to dispatch goods within these estimated timescales however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. The Stencil Studio shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to dispatch goods within these estimated timescales.
Delivery is dependent upon the postal services of your specific country, therefore The Stencil Studio cannot accept liability for late or failed deliveries which are due to circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS
If, for any reason you would like to cancel your order, simply return goods to us within 14 working days from receipt for a full refund including P&P (up to the value of our standard P&P) . We will accept returns as long as goods are sent back to us in perfect saleable condition. Please let us know via email or phone if you are returning goods to us so that we can process your refund efficiently. Please include your order number, name and address with the goods when you return them.
You, the customer, will be responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit so relevant insurance should be taken to cover their value.
Custom Stencils are cut to order and so we cannot offer a refund unless faulty.
If the postal service has returned your order to us due to non receipt we will charge you additional P&P to resend it, please ensure your delivery details are correct at time of ordering.
Damaged or faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded, please contact us as soon as possible to register the problem and we will advise you how to proceed. We will cover the cost of any items that need to be returned to us. (We will request photographic evidence of goods damaged in the post to help us claim compensation from Royal Mail).
