GUARANTEE
The Stencil Studio guarantee that all our Stencils are Exclusive to us and not available in the shops. All are Hand cut from 125 micron Mylar film, reuseable, and suitable for use with any type of paint.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order to anywhere in the world within 2-5 working days of cleared payment.

Custom Made Orders - dispatch times may vary however, we will always keep you informed.

We make every effort to dispatch goods within these estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. The Stencil Studio shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within these estimated timescales.

Delivery is normally dependent on the postal services of your specific country therefore we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control.

We will send you an email to let you know your order has been dispatched.

POSTAGE & PACKING
All Stencils are packaged in board backed envelopes or cardboard tubes to ensure their safe delivery. We often use large A3 envelopes or postal tubes which will not fit through a letterbox, should the postal service be unable to complete the delivery please check with your local depot to arrange another delivery or collection.

Untracked Airmail - £5.95
**Tracked Airmail - £9.00*
*Tracked and signed for - UK Only - - This is a priority trackable delivery service. Orders will arrive the day after dispatch. Our usual dispatch times are between 1-5 working days after payment / order received.
**Tracked Airmail  - We use Royal Mail 'Airsure' and 'International Signed for'.  Airsure is available to 30 destinations in the following geographic postal zones:

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

World Zones: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA
Please note that if your country isn't listed above then we will use "International Signed For" service - This service is not trackable but it does require a signature upon delivery. 
Postage & Packing prices are subject to change without prior notice. P&P is charged per order placed (not per item)

RETURNS
If you are not entirely delighted with your order return it to us unused within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund including P&P paid. The buyer is resonsible for paying return P&P unless goods are faulty or damaged. Please let us know in writing before you return goods. 

If a stencil is lost or damaged during transit please contact us to request a replacement. If the postal service has returned your order to us due to non receipt we may charge you additional P&P to resend.

Custom Made Orders - All Stencils which are designed and cut to order cannot be returned for refund once dispatched.

STENCIL SIZES
All sizes quoted are approximate. If you require exact design sizes please contact us.

STENCIL LAYERS
All our Stencils have one layer unless otherwise stated.

All multi layer stencils have re-location marks to allow you to accurately position the layers.

Border Stencils have guide marks to help you align the design and ensure that repeats are regular.

PAYMENT DETAILS
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Worldpay online or over the telephone. You can also pay using Paypal, personal cheques and postal orders.

Your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

All our designs, where indicated, are protected by international copyright law.

The copying or reproduction by any means of any part of the stencil designs or web site images are strictly forbidden.

Custom Made Stencils - The Copyright of all custom made stencils remains with The Stencil Studio.
