Our large Birch Tree Stencil Pack allows you to create a beautiful large wall mural in a nursery or childs room, the stencils are totally reusable so you can paint as many trees as you like! This really is an easy stencil to use, all sheets are numbered, just use our handy pictorial instruction sheet to help.

Stencils are really simple to use and make a fabulous, unique and creative alternative to wall stickers or wallpaper. Unlike stickers you'll be able to paint the tree, leaves and birds any colour you like, position them where you like and use and reuse the stencils as many times as you need to get the look you want. Stencils won't peel off either so they're safe for use in bedrooms and nurseries as well as the playroom, oh and don't forget that stencils can also be used to paint furniture and fabrics too so why not create some scatter cushions or brighten up the toy chest!

With this pack you'll receive all the stencils you need to create a beautiful wall mural. Start stencilling at the top of the wall and work down using the numbered sheets. The final tree trunk sheet is repeatable so you can keep stencilling until you reach ground level. Once you've painted the main tree trunk and branches you can add the leaves and birds.

The pack includes all  the stencils to paint the trunk, branches, leaves and birds. We'll also include comprehensive instructions with your stencils.

How to stencil the basic tree - using Sheets 1 - 5

Position sheet 1 or 2 along the top of your wall and paint - don't paint the birds at this stage. The total width of the tree along the top is 180cm (78 inches).

Position stencil sheet number 1 or 2 along the top of the wallOnce you've painted sheet 1 or two, position the remaining (1 or 2) stencil and paint.

Then position sheet 3 and paint. Don't paint the bird yet.

Paint stencil sheet number 3 but dont paint the bird yet.

Remove Sheet 3. Sheets 4 & 5 and all the small branches and leaves are supplied on 2 large sheets which can be cut into individual stencils to make them easier to use. A pair of household scissors will do the trick here, just cut along the fine etched marks on the stencil.

Position sheet number 5. Paint. Sheet number 5 is repeatable so you can create as much trunk as you need to reach floor level.

Position sheet number 5 and paint.

Reposition sheet number 5 as many times as you need to reach floor level

Once you've completed the tree and trunk it's time to add the small branches and leaves.

Paint the leaves and small branches

You can position these anywhere you like to create a sparse tree or a bushy tree, it's up to you! Use as many colours as you like on the leaves, moving the stencils around and adding leaves at the end of the branches to get a lovely natural look.

Finally add the birds.

The final tree with leaves and birds will measure approx 2.5m wide (97 inches) and as high as your ceiling !
